Currency:
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Delivery:
Most deliveries are made through the Australia postal service. For
other delivery options please email us or call on 0418 154 069.
Shipping Fees:
Postage within Australia is included in the purchase price. Shipping fees for international customers are calculated separately during the checkout procedure.
Delivery Times:
Please allow a period of up to 10 days for delivery.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted by phone or email within
24 hours of the purchase.
Returns/Exchanges:
If the item you ordered does not fit or is not exactly
what you expected it to be, you may send the package back to us with a
copy of your invoice. The purchaser must contact surfinsnapps.com.au for a
return authorisation number to return/exchange goods and the goods must
be sent to us via Australia Postal Service or an agreed courier service. Items sent back to us
for return/exchange must be visibly marked with the return authorisation
number in order for a refund or exchange to be made by surfinsnapps.com.au.
There may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned orders, dependent on
the specific order and our discretion. Orders that are for exchanges are
exempt from such charges. Original delivery costs on returned orders will
not be refunded by surfinsnapps.com.au. Items must be returned new and unused
and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange. All return
delivery costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Returns are only excepted
if goods are unused and returned to surfinsnapps.com.au post marked within
20 days of the original delivery date, for returns and exchanges surfinsnapps.com.au will not accept goods post marked after 20 days of the original
date.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given until the goods are received
in unused condition by surfinsnapps.com.au. Refunds are given only on returns
not exchanges. However there may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned
orders dependent on the specific order and our discretion this is on
all orders that are not exchanges.
Damaged Packages:
If you were to receive a damaged package or merchandise
that has been damaged in transit, please save all packaging and materials
including the box and the damaged items and contact us immediately and
we will address the issue straight away.
Export Restrictions:
To our knowledge, there are no restrictions when sending this product overseas.
